1. Scope & Acceptance
By accessing this portal, submitting an application for aid, or interacting with the services of Dr. Bendapudi Prabhakar Rao & Bendapudi Swatantra Lakshmi Charitable Trust, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable statutory regulations of Andhra Pradesh and the Republic of India.
2. Eligibility for Charitable Support
The Trust operates exclusively for genuine humanitarian, social, educational, and medical assistance without regard to caste, creed, or religion. Eligible domains include:
- Education Assistance: Meritorious underprivileged students needing fee support, books, or hostel assistance.
- Medical Support: Families unable to bear emergency surgeries, post-operative recovery, or chronic life-saving medications.
- Senior Citizen Welfare: Destitute or abandoned elderly citizens requiring monthly nutritional grocery supplies and geriatric care.
- Community & Temple Heritage: Restoration and preservation of historic community spiritual landmarks.
3. Truthfulness & Authenticity of Applications
Every applicant is required to provide accurate, truthful, and verifiable documentation. The Trust reserves the absolute right to conduct on-ground verification, household visits, or direct institutional cross-checks with schools, colleges, and hospitals.
Any false declaration, fraudulent medical invoice, or forged income certificate will result in immediate disqualification and blacklisting from future Trust programs.
4. Disbursal Method & Non-Transferability
To ensure 100% transparency and eliminate leakage, financial aid approved by the Board of Trustees is disbursed directly to recognized educational institutions, hospital billing counters, or through verified Direct Beneficiary Transfer (DBT) into the applicant’s verified bank account. Approved grants are strictly non-transferable.
5. Institutional Discretion & Finality
Charitable allocations are strictly subject to budgetary availability, verification outcomes, and unanimous approval by the Trust Evaluation Committee. Submission of an application does not create an automatic legal entitlement or enforceable debt. All board decisions are final.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users of this portal agree not to:
- Submit automated, fraudulent, or malicious payloads to the application portal.
- Attempt unauthorized access to administrative workstations, databases, or beneficiary documents.
- Impersonate Trust officers, trustees, or founders.
7. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
These terms and all activities of the Trust shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Andhra Pradesh and India. Any dispute arising out of or related to Trust activities shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Guntur / Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh.
