The Trust is established to serve underprivileged communities through educational scholarships, emergency healthcare aid, destitute elderly sustenance, and cultural heritage maintenance.

2. Collection of Beneficiary Information
To evaluate and disburse genuine humanitarian and financial assistance, the Trust collects minimal necessary documentation, including:
- Identity Information: Full name, age, gender, photograph, Aadhaar / National ID details.
- Contact Information: Residential address, phone numbers, email addresses.
- Need Verification Documents: Income certificates, academic marks cards, medical prescriptions, hospital bills, and family socio-economic status records.
- Financial Records: Bank account details for direct beneficiary transfer (DBT) of approved aid.
Zero Commercial Intermediaries: The Trust strictly never sells, leases, rents, or monetizes applicant data under any circumstance.
3. Document Security & Access Boundaries
All sensitive documents uploaded to our administrative portal (e.g. medical bills, Aadhaar cards, income proofs) are stored in access-restricted storage partitions. Direct static public web access to beneficiary records is strictly prohibited at the server gateway level.
Only verified Trust Officers with authorized RBAC roles (Super Admin, Review Officer) are granted permission to inspect application attachments during the verification cycle.
4. Audit Logging & Verification Integrity
Every administrative action taken on applicant data—including status updates, notes, disbursements, and document reviews—is permanently recorded in tamper-evident internal audit logs with officer timestamps and network origin signatures.
5. Your Rights as an Applicant
Beneficiaries and applicants retain the right to:
